Preplayed games in perfect physical condition - like new?

I thought I'd put my entire enquiry in the title so as not to time waste! If a game has been played, and maybe codes used up, can they be listed as Like New? Seriously, they are DS's games and he keeps everything in perfect condition, you wouldn't know from looking that they'd ever been played. But they have. So should I go with Very Good instead?

I would list it as Used - like new if there's an option.

You can't list as like new it's either used or new. Like new is keyword spamming

You can't list as item as "like new", if you try to eBay will actually flag up a warning before you confirm the listing.

As advised, there is new or used to choose from.

There actually wasn't a used option, which is weird. In the dropdown menu there was new, like new, very good, good, and acceptable.

I've listed everything as very good, and explained that they are preplayed.
