How much would paypal charge for a payment of £1050.00.

I about to send that payment to someone, and they want the extra

They have a business account so will have to pay the fees

The fee structure seems to be based on monthly sales for the account holder so they'd need to tell you what the fee is. it's 20p plus 1.4% to 3.4% depending on monthly sales.
