Receiving a refund for combined postage

Or not received to be more precise. The seller showed me a screen shot of her PayPal and it does have the refund to me listed. But next to it it says 'not yet accepted by' (me)
My own PayPal doesn't have any notifications or record relating to an offered refund. How can that be?

have they sent it as a payment to you - if so is it to the right email address? If not then you won't receive it. If that is the case tell them to cancel that payment then go into the payment you made to them, click on it and scroll down and then refund properly via the payment itself. Sending you a refund as a separate payment is the wrong way to go about it entirely.

I think they did it as a payment and it does seem to be the correct email address.
