I recently bought an item from a US seller for $35 and paid $50 upfront for customs and shipping through the Global Shipping Programme. I've now had an email from the GSP saying my item has cleared customs and will soon be delivered, but it also says I paid over $60 for just the item. Will I have been charged more for customs because of this?
