Item not collected

I sold a small table a couple of weeks ago on eBay. I received a fair price and the buyer paid through PayPal. However I've needed to message twice to ask when it is being collected and informed buyer I'll be needing to go away soon. Clearly I don't want to give exact details of when no one will be at the house. The buyer has half heartedly responded each time with a sort of 'I'll do my best to collect today / tomorrow' and I've given my phone number for them to let me know an more exact time. The table is in the way now and I just want it gone. What can I do?

NEVER accept PayPal for collection items. Cash only!

Refund their PayPal payment and then tell them they have a week to collect and pay cash.

If they don't, cancel the sale (if you can, but I think you might have left it too late by now) to reclaim your fees, and relist, clearly stating cash on collection only.

Personally I always sell collection only items on gumtree, to avoid situations like this.
