Hello,

I've sold a couple of things on ebay and haven't had problems before, only it's been over a week now since someone bought a kid's shirt from me, and no payment has come through, no email even. It's only a couple of pounds-worth of transaction, but still...I have sent an invoice to prompt, should I email now or is it too soon? I don't want to be hassley and the buyer was a newbie too.

I'm in the same boat! The buyer is a newbie, not answered my emails either. Was wondering the same thing.....

hi ihad thisproblem when i firs started selling

if you report the item unpaid to ebay they will chase her for you and nothing will happen to her if she pays up

if she doesn't they will suspend her account or give hera warning

unfortunately you will prob only get credited back the cost of your listing and will get a free listing

Thanks for replies...

How long should I wait before doing this? Don't want to be too quick off the mark. Is a fortnight about right? I was thinking that would give time for a cheque to come through or allow for him/her being away, ill, or something.

2boysmacca maybe we have the same buyer!
