Buying event tickets?

I've found some event tickets to a show my DS is desperate to go to on eBay. I'm wondering whether it's safe? The listing has pictures of the tickets and lots of info is given by the seller. I'm not quite sure what I'm worried about but want to be sure before I bid a massive amount of money!

Technically you're not allowed to sell tickets on eBay anymore, you're supposed to use their sister site, stub hub.

BUT as long as you pay by PayPal, you will be protected if anything goes wrong, so just as safe as any other eBay purchase.

Thank you for that. Not an issue now though as the bidding has jumped up to way more than I'm willing to spend. Crazy money!
