Bought an item (worth 150, got it for offer price of 130) 2 weeks ago, made PayPal payment and item arrived in post shortly after so thought all OK.
Then and few days later I got a msg from seller asking where payment was.

Checked PayPal and it said seller hadn't yet accepted the payment. Responded to seller telling him to log in to PayPal to see if he could see the problem, and got a message back saying not to worry, he was sure it would be sorted soon.

Fast forward a week to today and eBay have opened an unpaid case against me. Checked PayPal and payment still not accepted by seller, so I cancelled it and made the payment again. However on my statement it lists the cancelled payment and also a refund from the seller for the amount of £130. Wtf?

Can anyone please advise as to what action I should now take?

Tia.

I'd get on the phone to ebay. This seller seems really weird, I've never heard of having to accept payment into PayPal, it should just arrive and that's it. And why would they process a refund?!
Definately phone ebay to protect your account

Thanks, sorted now. First time seller didn't know what he was doing, wrong email etc.
