Made a best offer on a skirt the other day, saw it was wrong fabric after placing order (more winter) tried to email seller and said could we cancel transaction (following eBay guidelines). I said I would pay for it if I had to but would prefer just to cancel. I have a 100% positive buying and selling record since 2005.
No communication from seller whatsoever but she opened an Unpaid Items Dispute against me.
I left her negative feedback after paying but stated why.
Opinions? If she'd emailed me I probably would have paid not been happy but just left ok feedback. I'm annoyed she just opened a case no dialogue whatsoever.
