Do you list stuff you are selling here and on Ebay?

And if so, which site provides you with more sales? I really hate ebay - it scares me and I can't get to grips with what you have to do - but the selling threads on Mumnset have become so popular, I feel my threads aren't see unless I constantly bump them which feels a rude thing to do.

I list on Ebay usually and then post a link on here. I don't know what difference it makes tbh, because most of the time I wouldn't know if the buyer was a regular ebayer or had come via MN. However I had some stuff that finished yesterday and a final bump of the MN thread meant that a MNer bought one of the items (she posted on the thread to tell me)

I had a 5 day listing on ebay and I bumped MN 3 times - put it on in the evening, bumped for midweek daytime, and then on saturday, and then just before they finished.

I usually try MN first as it is free, but you may not get too much for your items - i do this if it is something I am not too bothered about - larger items I will offer here but also list on Ebay - depends on when your auction finishes - I try to make sure that my Ebay stuff covers a weekend as some people only look at the weekend, while others only look during the day!
