Do I take this up with ebay or PayPal?

Hi everyone. I've occasionally sold or bought items on ebay over the last few years, and PayPal has always worked without a hitch. However, I sold two items in early April and although the buyers both paid, the money hasn't been credited to my PayPal account. I have, however, been charged ebay's commission ! Could someone with more experience than me please advise how to chase this up? I get the feeling that if I complain to ebay they'll tell me the issue is with PayPal and vice versa.

We've had the same problem, plus a refund issued dint arrive. Try phoning Ebay, see if that helps.
They are still affiliated to Pay Pal and should be able to see whats happened.

Is it possible for you to check that the email address associated with the ebay transactions is the same as the email address associated with your PayPal account?

Whether or not you could confirm that, I'd then phone Paypal. I've found them helpful when I've phoned.

Yes, it's definitely the same email address; I've only got the one. Thank you to both of you for responding - looks like I'd better try giving either Ebay or PayPal a ring!
