Ebay taking forever to decde case

Bought an item on 22nd March. Didn't arrive.

The seller did get back to me quickly and then finally said it should have been with me by now. I escalated to Ebay on 10th April. But it is STILL saying case pending :/ it's now almst a month since I paid and TEN days since I escalated it. I can't now add anything to the case, just wait, but it seems like I've been forgotten - what to do?

Normally whenever I have escalated a case to eBay in order for them to make a decision it has normally been dealt with within a day. If it has been 10 days and eBay have not made a decision I would be inclined to call them or live chat them to make sure your case hasn't been overlooked.

Thanks, yes that's what I thought. I got them to ring me and it was sorted there and then, think it had just been overlooked :) thank you
