I won and paid for an item on 19/3/16 and the seller has a "5 day posting window " now even allowing for Easter Bank Holiday do you think I should have received my item by now,bearing in mind the seller only lives 10mins from my home and refused me collection in person (I did not want to be refunded postage costs) if I collected in person just wanted my item,she has stopped replying to any emails politely asking if she has posted as yet.Where do I go from here please.

You open an Item Not Received case in ebay. This might get the seller to pull their finger out and send the item in order not to lose the case. If that happens you can leave neutral feedback and low stars for dispatch time and communication.

nauticant Thats what has happened she has now messaged me (after I opened a case) and has said she has had flu for 10days she has promised to send out in to-days post funny how opening a case gets things moving once again.
