A buyer cancelled the transaction and refunded the payment, but the item is still on my purchase history as an 'unpaid item'. How do I get rid of this?
Also, how do I contact ebay to report them. They sent an untrue email to ebay and said they had contacted me with no response. They hadn't sent an email and all my end of the transaction was done and dusted with payment.
