Changing postage

I've sold loads of stuff on eBay with no problems, but now I've got a buyer messing me about. I've stated that I will only ship within the uk, but after telling me she couldn't pay for one week she has now asked me to ship to Denmark and amend the postage. I'm temped to say 'No', but tbh i just want this bloody shirt out of my life . Now how the hell do I amend the postage? I can't find the 'invoice button' that everyone is talking about. I use the app, but even when I log on properly (on my iPhone) I can't find it. Will I need to get the laptop out?

If you send your item to an address other than the one listed on the ebay transaction page the buyer can automatically win an item not received case against you because, even with tracked shipping, you will not be able to prove that you sent the item to the address listed in the ebay transaction.

Your choices are either to take the risk or to cancel the transaction. You could do that and have the buyer buy the item again including the desired delivery address in that new transaction. Personally I'd cancel the transaction. I think if the reason for cancellation given is "problem with address" then this doesn't leave a defect but I might have got that wrong.

The address listed is Denmark. She hasn't paid yet as she wants me to amend postage...which I can't figure out how to do.

Should I just say 'I'm sorry I can't ship outside of the U.K., can't amend postage and if you do not pay and provide a UK address I will have to cancel. Sorry.'???

Argh so complicated.

Log in with a PC. Go to the sales record under "sold" items. There will be an option to "send invoice" you can then amend the postage charges and send it to the buyer.

Use the Royal Mail price finder website to work out the costs first.
