Hi
I hope someone can help. I ordered a used leather jacket from eBay, good price £20, however it arrived this morning and is totally faux leather, even though the seller has removed/cut out the label.
It has that plasticky look and no leather feel or smell and also where it has worn away at the cuffs you can see the woven fabric backing.
Seller has come back to say it is leather! I love leather biker jackets and have a few already, both leather and non leather (which I don't like or wear anymore) so I can tell the difference.

Any advice on how to get a full refund including p&p (do I just lose out on what it costs to return too?)

Thanks in advance

Just file a not as described case
Without labels showing it's leather the seller can't win imo

AveEldon is correct. Just open a case with eBay. You have around a week (8 days?) to give the seller the opportunity to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If this doesn't happen, then escalate it. eBay will instruct you to send it back for a full refund. There should be an option to print out a pre paid, tracked, returns label. If not get in touch with eBay and they should provide one.

Yes agreed if the seller is not being apologetic and helpful with returning the item then open a not as described case. I am easy going and usually give benefit of the doubt to a seller but in your case I would be tempted to leave a neg or neutral fb. They are trying to pass off PU as leather which is silly. Make sure you get return postage paid for too, you should not be out of pocket.
