Ahhh how do I change from an e-cheque on Paypal

I've had a paypal account for years and am a verified user, but suddenly when I make a payment by paypal it takes 7 days to clear!!!

Apparently I'm paying by e-cheque. What the hell is that and how do I change so that when I make a payment, it is instant.

It's driving me mad, please help............

What is a Pending payment? -

A payment may show as "Pending" in My eBay for one of the following reasons:

The buyer paid with an echeque. The payment will be "Pending" until the cheque clears. (This takes five to seven working days.)

Ahhhhh, but how did it suddenly become an echeque and how do I change it!! It is soooooooo irratating.

is it linked to your bank account? make sure the details are upto date and check to see if anything else needs verifying.
