Bought item on 4th still not sent

What's the betting it won't happen. The shoes were a real bargain. What's a typical excuse for avoiding delivering?

Have you contacted the seller?

There's always the chance they have sent them but for gotten to mark as dispatched.

There should be an estimated delivery date against the item in your purchase history. If this has passed contact the seller, if they don't answer (at all or to your satisfaction), open an item not recieved case.

If it turns out you suspect they haven't sent them because they weren't happy with the final sale price (was it an auction?) wait until you have your refund, then post appropriate feedback (not before).

I have had a problem with books I have won from one company. Got them for a knockdown price then get a message a few days later saying that the book had been posted but returned to them having been damaged by the Royal Mail so have refunded me the money. When it happened for the 3rd time in a year I messaged them saying I was fed up with their excuse and could they think up a new one!

I received yesterday a parcel I have been expecting since 4th Oct,so I messaged the seller and she said she will chase up her PO where she posted it for advice it suddenly appeared through my letter box and was dated that it had been posted on 10th Oct,do these people think if they don't post we will forget about it,!!

I'd be leaving her low stars for dispatch time without a doubt
