Item has been returned- what now?

If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it. I sold an item over three weeks ago for £1.04 plus £4 postage. My default setting is no returns accepted.

The item has been returned today, because the buyer never collected it from the post office. What do I need to do in this situation? I haven't contacted the buyer yet, and they haven't been in touch with me.

Thanks

Refund in full, block and relist. And cancel to get your fees back.

You can't state no returns accepted - it is pointless tbh.

Thanks, would you also refund the postage?

I had the same thing last week.
I contacted the buyer - they were very apologetic. They repaid the postage cost and I sent the item out again.

Could you contact the buyer to see if they want to pay the postage to have it resent?

Take a photo of the returned parcel for your evidence.

Thanks, a photo is a great idea.
