Contacting ebay seller - need advice

I recently bought a book on ebay. Payed through paypal, all fine.

I have received a message from the seller telling me that the book is more damaged than reported, offering me a reduction or a refund and asking how I'd like to proceed. The only problem is - when I press the reply button - I get a message saying 'page not responding'. Equally, when I go to my order and press 'contact seller' I get to a dead end.

This is the first time I've used ebay. Can anybody with more experience help me? How do I contact my seller?

Thank you summer - clearing my cookies was indeed the solution. And I thought I'd managed to break ebay on my first use.
