I've sold an item on ebay, buyer paid after 4 days. I sent item by courier recorded delivery. Buyer messaged me to say she'd not received item. I checked with courier company, they've given me date and time of delivery and a signature. I've forwarded the signature to the buyer along with date and time. She says it's not her signature. Various messages back and forth. Her messages have sounded a bit strange at times. If she escalates the claim to ebay, from what I've read and talked to ebay about, I think the case would be settled in my favour as a seller. We both have 100% feedback and I feel a bit stuck as to what to do. The courier company has said I can file a claim for missing item - which I've now done but I can't see why they'll refund me given that they can prove it has been delivered.
