More like 30%, but best thing is to search for 'sold listings' and see what nearest description items sold for. If Xmasy items then don't sell cheap now when it might go for a great price in November.

There is no "rule", it really depends how much an item is "worth", and something is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Is is an in demand item? It could be 10% it could be 80%. Look at similar items online and how much they are listed for, and are they selling?
