Having to chase buyer for collection

They bid, and won the item. I waited 2 days and then asked when they wanted to collect. They said Saturday. I stayed in and they didn't show or get in contact. I then messages them today and asked if they still wanted them, they asked to collect but I was out. I told them when I would be available. That time frame has now lapsed again and I have not heard from them again.

Do I keep waiting and hounding them? Or just cancel Sar and relist?

I'm so sick of buyers who can't be bothered to collect or communicate. I seem to attract this type of buyer as I'm constantly having to relist stuff

Apply to eBay for their contact details and give the buyer a phone.

They contacted me late to say tomorrow. As we are home in the morning then I've said yes. But if this doesn't happen I think I'm being fair to cancel and relist? Three failed attempts on their part is enough to cancel? Or am I being impatient?

Did they collect? I'd cancel and re list of not.

No. Never showed up, never contacted me. Have relisted and sent cancelation. Haven't heard anything else.

Genuinely don't understand why people say they want something when they clearly don't want it. Why not just say 'do you know what I don't want it anymore. Sorry' instead of wrecking my whole weekend by saying your coming round so I have to stay in.
