Zero communication seller sent items in different size

I done a thread on here last week about 2 items I bought from the same seller. I asked for combine postage and heard nothing back. So after four days I paid double postage. Items have arrived this morning in the same package costing £2.80. That's fine but a bit annoying, now I have inspected the items the eBay listing said one item is size 3-6 months and one item is size 6-9 months. They are both 6-9 months! Which is fine, little one will grow into them but I don't know if I
should say the item is not as described, I wouldn't normally but I'm just annoyed because I've had Zero communication from this seller!
He's got 219 and 98.6 posetive feedback, has been a eBay member since 2010. So it's not even like he's new to eBay and doesn't know what he's really doing.
What would you do?

Do you want to keep & use them?

Yeah, he'll grow in to them so I will keep them, and eventually use them. They're not as described though, with the size being wrong.

Would you buy from them again (it sounds like not?)

If not, I'd probably leave neutral with stated reasons why you're peeved (because I'm soft) but mark them down stars on descrip, comms & postage price. And forget about it.

I think is very cheeky of sellers to combine items like this and profit from the postal costs I had a seller do it to me this week, charged me £3.90 for signed for delivery (which I don't mind paying) but the stamp price was just £1.19 so really taking the p--s when I politely left a comment on feedback she went ballistic and said I got the item cheap so what the hell do I expect, well if she wanted more for the item she should have priced it more in the first place (rant over) I would certainly state wrong size sent as the seller clearly is not paying attention to his listings is he/she,mark them down on discription and postage costs I gave mine scores of 2 which I have never done before and really hate doing but I had to make a point.

Because o bought two of his items I left one neutral feedback saying the size was wrong and no communication re combined post. And the the other I left posetive feedback but said about the combined post and that item was as described.
I don't mind paying more than what the postage stamp says because I am paying for the packaging too. But double the postage cost is a bit too much and annoying.
He has defiantly profited from that post though.
