Sold an item on the 17th. Got an email from the buyer thursday saying they haven't recieved it yet. I responded explaining it would be sent the following day because i had no money for postage before that. (only problem with getting paypal payments!)
She has left neutral feedback saying item ok ut seller slow to send on. Needed reminding.

I didn't need reminding just needed the f'ing money to post it!

Can i respond to her comment or do i have to leave it?
Need to leave her feedback too!!

Don't think you can respond to neutral feedback. Its does seem fair enough to me though what she said, its not her problem if you haven't got the money for postage .

Did you email her to warn her that you had to wait? Or is it on your item listing?

No i had too much worries about buying food to feed my DC to think about taking a few days longer to post to her.I normally say 3-4 days on listing so wasn't that late sending it.

She is new to Ebay(Feedback 5).
I think it was the needed reminding that annoyed me.As if i'm a child that forgot to do something!

hopefully this link works

leave it, they didn't leave you a negative did they?

If you didn't say on your listing this time that you would only post a few days later then they had a right to wonder when it was coming.

I kind of expect it to be sent within 1 to 2 days particularly with paypal payment.

you can reply to feedback received,

If I pay by paypal I hope that the parcel will be posted in a few days but if the seller lets me know they cant do this I dont mind, I wouldnt leave a neutral for it
