Help needed listing an item to sell.......not sure how to word the text.

basically we had to buy a new digital camera because ds2 dropped our and broke it.
The enternal hardware of the camera still works fine, ie you can still view pictures on the little screen but it won't take any pictures because it was dropped with the lens out and it sheered off!!

It has all the USB cables, cradle, lithium battery and adapter to plug it in....it just doesn't take photos.

Obviously I'll say it doesn't work but I don't want it to sound dodgy.
It would be perfect for camera fanatic to dismantle for spares or whatever.

I mostly only buy on Ebay so I'm flumoxed with something like this!

putting what you said here sounds fine! you could always put 'for spare parts' in the title too.

And say in detail whats wrong with it in the description. With a big reminder that THIS CAMERA IS BEING SOLD AS SPARES OR REPAIR.

Exactly want I would have said! As long as you are totally honest. And if its a camera fanatic buying it, they'll know what is possible with a broken screen.
