For 15 pound odd. However, to make that claim they charge you £13!!!!!!!!!!!! What is the bloody point? I brought a bundle of items on 30/10/06 and payed by paypal a day later, one email since when I asked a week later when I would be recieving items and then nothing. Nadda. Seller's number is a work phone and somehow never seems to be around . How very annoying.

I have found that just entering the dispute process on PayPal tends to spur the seller into action (and doesn't cost you anything). But do it now before the 30 days elapses.

I opened the dispute a week ago, after numerous phone calls didn't go anywhere. Have heard nothing.

I had a dispute once but paypal did not charge me. They could only give me money the seller had in his account which was not enough for what I paid.

I might just email once again and ask for just a simple refund. That way no negative feedback will be left.

OK, not in this case then...

I suppose £2 is better than a slap in the face with a wet fish, but they don't exactly advertise that £13 charge when they rabbit on about Paypal protection, do they?

Flossam · 23/11/2006 09:46

exactly. All those fees as well.

and surely, if you are not in the wrong you should not have to pay the fees! The seller should.
