Can't put my own postage costs on listings.

Is it possible to put your own postage costs in on the app?
I want to put the item on as 2nd class signed for, and add a cost, but it keeps defaulting to normal 2nd class.
I had a look on the desktop site, and it seems to be the same on there, unless I'm being really thick (not impossible...!)

you should be able to change it on the App and online

my listing defaults to but I managed to change all to first class recorded.
There should be a drop down menu
