Help in Buying an item from France

I'd be so grateful if anyone could help.

I have found an item on the french ebay site that is 6 times more expensive to buy here in the UK. The item is Buy it Now the seller is willing to send it to me but unsure by what means (They have 100% rating but 34 ratings in total so are a bit inexperienced therefore) they have suggested Mondial Relay, Colissimo La Poste but have asked me to help advise, I have bought lots of things from ebay but have never sold anything so I don't have a clue.

I'd be paying roughly £10 (13 Euro) for the item if that helps. Obviously I'd like the most inexpensive but reliable/ secure means. Please Please advise

TIA

There are parcel comparison websites that tell you the cost from different carriers. I've used them before but I can't remember the name of the one I used.

You could also repost the thread in 'living overseas'.

It was called 'parcel2go'.

Thank you Savoy, I'll check that site out now!

Looked up the product dimensions online and used the site mentioned they offer economy (3+ days delivery) which is just off £19 but sadly there is no super economy being offered.

We've had items sent with both and have found colissimo to be more reliable. There is also Chronopost which is very good, it's even used by our suppliers for work items.
