Buyer has paid but not contacted me to arrange collection

I sold some goods about 6 weeks ago for £10 and emailed via ebay to give my address. No reply for about 10 days, then an email on the day asking to pop round. unfortunately i read it the day after. So i emailed again with my mobile number saying please get in touch and I'll make sure i'm in. Nothing since.
What should I do? I'm OK holding on to the item, but for how long should I wait?

refund them and send a cancellation - and if they do want it still then ask for cash. Never take paypal for a collected item ever.
