Combined postage problem

I won three items on Monday and the selling details state
Please check my other items as I am doing a major clearout. If you buy more than one item, youâ??ll get a discount on packaging as per listing particulars. You are also welcome to pick up any item you buy for free from my home in Islington at a pre-arranged mutually convenient time.

However, I cant find details of the discount on selling particulars and have now emailed the seller three times to ask for an invoice with the postage discount on it.

I have had no response and keep getting automated emails to remind me to pay

Am I missing something she has a good feedback record, was selling quite a lot and the blurb looked as though she'd done it before but I'm stuck. How do I pay?

you can't pay a reduced amount until she invoices you.

But tbh she has a neut for not combining postage before, and her £4 postage for 1 tiny item is extortionate.

I have gone into eBay now and the postage is now £6 for all items but i cant see how on my original post, you know the original postage was £4 per item?

Thank you, Hope it didn't sound like I was accusing you, I use mumsnet on my iPad and the functionality is different to pc so I couldn't understand how you could know as I can't see it.
