OHHH bloody hell , the item I won(and paid for) has been removed from Ebay. What do I do now??

Feeling all smug because I won a baby gym for a teeny amount butjust got an elmail from ebay saying they have removed the listing because the seller has breached ebay policies.

I'v eemailed the bloke to send the item or refund ASAP but what happens now??

He emailed me today asking for my address because he'd deleted the paypal email by mistake(which I thought was abit odd by never mind).
I looked at my paypal and the payment hasn't been claimed.

I'm stumped at this one...

go back into paypal and cancel the payment quick if it still hasnt been claimed.

Got an emila from the seller this morning.

Ebay removeed the item because he'd cpoied and pasted the description from another idenical item and apparently thats not allowed.
It his first attempt at ebay so he didn't know that rule ( i didn't either TBH)

He's sending it ASAP.

someone did that with my baby gate! they nicked the photo which was clearly taken in my house i was most miffed.

Bless him, he's just emailed me again promising to send it ASAP and promising he's not a gangland mafiso preying on PG ladies via ebay

I didn't know you couldn't do that either!! (copy an advert!) How on earth ebay know just from text is beyond me.

the other seller probably reported it!
