ooh don't trust it, feedback bad, seems dodgy

lulumama · 12/11/2006 22:38

my gut feeling is ...if looks too good to be true..it probably is..

big seller..but doesn't take paypal

what if it arrives broken or breaks quickly...can;t imagine you will get a refund or replacement....

charliecat · 12/11/2006 22:38

oh...all the feedback is private. How odd.

Oh thats really wierd. I sell quite a bit of my stuff and have only ever had two buyers with private feedback, and for them I wait till the payment has cleared before sending out! I certainly would not bid on it, I heard you can 'buy' false feedback, could this be an example? Also the names of the bidders don't seem like the sorts of names you usually see.

lulumama · 12/11/2006 23:02

i;d leave it charlie...you might end up forking out for something, not getting it,, or it arriving broken..and you are won;t get any redress IMO....xx

southeastastra · 12/11/2006 23:02

yep the buyers feedback scores are low too

flibbertyjibbet · 12/11/2006 23:03

All the sellers other items are on a one day listing. How very odd, must be wanting to grab the cash and run before being discovered! Don't touch it with a bargepole!

charliecat · 12/11/2006 23:04

Ok. Thanks wont touch. Will watch and see what happens with interest.

Those are gameboy advance games and that is a nintendo ds. They still work on it but arnt as good as the nintendo ds games are. There not worth as much as ds games and some could be up to 8 years old maybe slightly more. The deal is still quite good at £150 but not as good as it seems.

charliecat · 12/11/2006 23:09

oh yeaaahhhhhhhhhhhh...well spotted

you can look at what the seller has sold in the past month a lot of it seems to be games console stuff he just makes the bidders private, there are 20 pages of them and I didnt look properly if you are interested perhaps e mail a few of the buyers and ask what they bought and if it was ok I dont think this is against e bay rules but I am not sure
