Seller resisting for higher price.

I pay for BIN item (which I think she accidentally set too low).

I send 3 messages to ask when she's posting, no reply. Then I discover the item has been relisted.

Where do I stand? What can I do? I still want what should technically be mine.

you can take up a complaint with ebay. I would write to her, and tell her that is what you will do, as you have legitimately bought it for BIN price

open a not received case and neg her and leave low stars. You cannot force her to send it if she doesn't want to.
