this is prob covered on this topic but just quickly can anyone tell me why I got the email saying you've won the item, followed by an email saying the seller has dispatched the item.

I got no email asking for payment, not have i paid anything

Both emails when i click on them say, order service temporarily unavailable or invalid url.

He has relisted the item, a link takes you there!! Cheeky git, i just think he's pretending to have dispatched it.

This item had one bid on it, mine for 99p. Worth about a tenner (old car part).

I don't know about the invalid/temporary. That part seems weird, the rest I can imagine why it happened without it meaning anything bad.

Have you tried messaging the seller to ask why they purchased postage when you haven't even paid yet?

hello, thankyou for your rely, i have messaged him thanks, to ask.

All I know is he has relisted it.

Is it the exact same photos of a used item on the relisting?

when i pressed pay now, it went to an error page.

he has marked it as despatched, which threw me as i hadn't paid!

It's the same part, same seller, same picture, it's a very unwanted part for an older car (think handle snapped off type thing). This is the second time he had listed it. Last time I was late to the auction but it had no bids on it, so he listed it again.
This time i thought right i could get that.

I looked at his selling history and feedback, he has sold other bits from this type of car, for little money. I think he got fed up. So decided to relist my item again!
There has been no transaction, so i will just leave it now i guess.

hi got in touch with ebay direct online chat thing, and they looked into it.
''your seller indeed breached our Seller Non-Performance policy. Rest assured that I have taken appropriate action on your trading partner's account.''

this could be anything from a warning, to a suspension etc.
