Co-ordinating evening outfit - sell as one outfit or separates?

I've got an evening/informal wedding outfit to sell. It's not high value but there is a top skirt and shoes that all match. There's also a new lacy shrug/cover-up that was made to co-ordinate but not worn. The separates and shoes are probably between £5-10 each but the shrug is worth about £50.

I was thinking of listing it as one whole outfit on a buy it now for a week and then as separate items next week if it doesn't sell. It's an unusual colour and would be a shame to split I think.

Any thoughts?

Maybe sell top and skirt together & shoes separately & shrug separately but put in your listings about having the other items for sale. On your last photo for each listing have all the items and say in description that they co ordinate but are being sold another listing (be clear what is included in each lot). That way you spread the net for buyers to see all the items but don't limit your sale (someone might like outfit but shoes wrong size) If the shrug is more costly then it might do better alone but if it really is perfect for the outfit put clothes together and just shoes separately. Good luck.

I agree with robin.

This

Someone who is interested in the dress etc may not have the same size feet as you.

thanks! can always rely on MN to point out the obvious to a person. I have 2 jigsaw suits to list that are different size top and bottom, wonder shall I separate those?

No sell as a suit but include all measurements and label sizes. Sometimes one part of the suit is more/less generous but still best fit for the size. I had a Hobbs suit different size jacket & skirt - tried separately but with no interest. Listed as suit with all measurements and got over £40 for it so if you bought and wore as a suit someone else probably will too.
