Buyer did not pay, items relisted but showing paid their end!

Argh!

I've a buyer with a low feedback score. Bought two items 2 weeks ago but made no payment and no contact. When I contacted them they said they were trying to pay but couldn't and they were contacting eBay. A few days go buy, no contact, after I emailed they said they were still trying to pay etc etc etc. I said I'd give them another few days but would then relist the items. Still no contact so after a total of ten days past win I relisted the items.

I got an email from her yesterday saying the items are marked as paid their end and can she have them please! I've checked through my PayPal and no transaction has taken place and no payment made at all.

She is insisting that it's showing paid so she has paid! I have asked her to look at her PayPal account and she will see no payment has been made but it has been marked as paid (I don't know how this has happened though)

She is arguing as its showing marked as paid she is correct, she's not interested in checking PayPal.....gggrrrrr, I've screenshot all my last 30 transactions to show no payment going in from her but she just won't budge.

I've now marked the items as unpaid my end and cancelled the order but she has to confirm the cancellation. Why can't she just check bloomin PayPal!!!!

Why did you relist before you properly cancelled the last sale by logging her as a non-paying bidder?

Any hoo, you need to take this up with ebay now.

To be honest I didn't realise it needed to be cancelled, my boo boo there i guess

well - you need to file an unpaid case and then wait another 4 days to close to get your fees back before you relist tbh.

And if she checks paypal she will prob find the email address to which she made the payment is wrong. Can you check your listings to see what email address you put in for paypal payments. Because if there is a typo then you won't receive the money. Or if it is a different address then you need to add that email to your paypal account to get the money. If this is what has happened then it is your error and not the buyers.
