Made a purchase with LK Bennett ten days ago. Used Paypal for the transaction and had a small credit on my Paypal account, so payment was meant to be £30 odd with Paypal funds and the rest from my bank account, via Paypal.
Between then and yesterday:
The transaction has been processed as 'pending' five times.
Went to 'paid' twice, but then the funds were refunded.
Shoes have arrived with me - still while payment was pending
Then yesterday, the status was 'removed' and the status of the transaction advises that authorisation for the purchase has expired and the transaction won't be completed.
TL;DR - Online retailer hasn't completed a Paypal transaction and deadline for them to do so has passed, but I have the taken receipt of the goods. Can they make a further attempt to complete the transaction, or do they need to make contact with me first?
