unblock bidders

How do I unblock a bidder so they can bid on a current listing? Potential bidder has 2 unpaid strikes but would like to bid on a current listing of mine. I have unchecked the box on site settings to no avail.

Don't unblock. You have set your rules and this person is a bad payer - don't invite trouble. Someone else will buy your item.

I am only saying because I did the same once and unblocked and they were a pain - it's not worth the aggro. You caught them with your settings so hard luck to them - they have strikes for a reason - 2 is not just an accident and people usually only get a strike if they haven't communicated with a seller otherwise seller can do a cancellation. My skin is definitely slightly thicker now and I have always been one to give the benefit.
