Feedback after refund

I bought a computer game last week. It was described as immaculate condition which was the main reason I bought it. It arrived covered in scratches and wouldn't work. I contacted the seller and they said it did work and as a 'goodwill' gesture they would refund me on return of item. Today I received refund. What feedback would you leave? Neutral seems harsh as I did get my refund, but positive doesn't seem right as I had the inconvenience of returning it and paying out return postage (which I did get back). What would you give? Thanks.

I would give neutral, as the item wasn't as described. If you were refused refund it would be negative. But it doesn't sound like they deserve a positive! It's their own fault - it's not like the scratches could've happened while it was in the post!

Apart from the fact they described it incorrectly - they couldn't have done much better.
Assuming that postage charges were OK and they sent quickly I would give them lowish stars for description but say something along the lines that the item was not as described but refund quickly given.

I wouldn't leave any feedback either seeing that you got your refund and postage back,sometimes things do happen and this seller just may have missed the problems with the disc in all honesty, so I would not give any feedback then it doesn't affect her sellers rating.

Just leave none.

I would leave no feedback or would leave positive to say that item was faulty but seller refunded.

Thanks. You are right about why do I have to leave feedback. I will just leave none. The seller hasn't left me feedback anyway.

Seller feedback is meaningless. I don't understand why sellers are asked to leave feedback at all.

it is voluntary - nobody has to leave any.
