quick help needed - how can a buyer find out a seller's paypal address to send more money?

I sold an item and sent it but the parcel was returned to me.

I messaged the buyer asking if she wanted me to refund her or resend the parcel but she would have to pay the postage again.

She has just replied. She wants me to resend and is willing to repay postage but asked me how she goes about doing this.

I tried to give her my paypal address but ebay won't let me do this. I even tried writing the address in longhand so to speak (dot instead of . at instead of @) but it still wouldn't let me send the email.

I have never had to pay more money to a seller so I don't know how this is done. Can anyone tell me so I can explain it to my buyer please?

Send an invoice to her PayPal address?

Yes, I was just thinking about this. Send it via paypal or ebay though?

send an invoice from paypal. Ask her to send it as a gift then you won't get fees either. Or she can log in to paypal and view it by clicking on the original payment she sent you when she bought the item. Or from the email confirmation she got when she bought the item.

Sorry, how to I invoice her from paypal? If I click on 'request money' I have to know her email address to send the invoice. If I click on the notification of her original payment, there is no means of asking for additional money.

Oh sorry, scrap that, I have just realised I can see her paypal address on the original payment she made. Sorry, and thanks for the help.
