Payment has been processing for 11 days!

I won a couple of car bundles for my son, both sold by the same seller. I pay immediately after the auctions finish (so I don't forget) then it says my payment is still processing. This was on the 13th Feb.
It's said that before but it only took a few seconds last time for it to go through.

I checked my paypal and it said "'Unclaimed' - buyer hasn't accepted the payment yet". I don't know what goes on from the selling side of Ebay as I've never sold anything on there, just bought. It's not dodgy, is it, as the payment is still pending?

Who puts things on Ebay to auction then forgets about them?!
Should I message them? Withdraw payment?

wrong email on listing or seller has to accept payment. If this isn't resolved the seller won't get paid and the money will automatically return to you in 30 days. Message the seller, tell them the email the money has gone to and they will have to claim it or add that email to their paypal account to accept the money.

Ah. I didn't think of that. They messaged me saying 'should I cancel' so maybe they don't think I've paid if they've got the wrong email. Thank you.

no they won't think you have paid. You need to log into paypal and tell them the email address the money has gone to. Chances are it is wrong and you will need to cancel and pay to the right email.

I just messaged them back, so hopefully it'll be sorted soon-ish. Eek! Thanks.
