I have been trying to refund a buyer last few days it keeps saying that issue with refund and to go via PayPal
once logged into PayPal doesn't even show a open case anyone got any ideas ? im puzzled x

You don't have to have an open case. Find their payment and just refund it.

you need to have credit in your paypal account first. You just click on their payment, scroll down and hit refund.

Has your buyer paid with an e-cheque that has not cleared as yet ?
