You might have seen some of my other threads recently :-(
It's like I'm jinxed.
In less than two weeks.. now three non payers and one wanting a full refund because she didn't understand british sizing. (which at least she didn't get.. as yet..fingers crossed)

So.. just received the latest email just now for item sold yesterday.. someone says they bid on wrong size and can I cancel the sale.
My recent thread was about someone's daughter supposedly bidding from abroad and also asking me to cancel.
At what point do i draw the line? yes I know i can get fees back but what's the point.. I lose a sale, I make zero
Of course this person doesn't know about my other three letdowns but still...
How many more times do I just say 'oh ok, mistakes happen' and suck it up?
What would you do? I know if i change my mind, I always try and withdraw my bid.. it's easy enough to do. If i've left it to late.. i buy it and re sell item or give it away.
I don't have a job, this was for me to get a few last minute little bits and pieces for xmas and pay my ebay fees (not this one sale but all four of the non payments would have been, well, three if the refund doesnt happen)
Feel really low about it
Do I say no to this one because it's four in two weeks? and then risk neg feedback?
Just wonder if i should get on phone to eBay about protection / where do I draw the line?

Like. if you are a regular seller.. you could write off maybe one a month like this... tops.. but four in two weeks?

hmmm this latest one asking me to cancel... I read her last feedback given and that seller is saying the same about her i.e. they had to cancel the sale for her.

just file an unpaid case against them - then they get a strike and you know they can't neg. And make sure your settings stop buyers bidding if they have the 2 unpaid cases against them.

ok i need to go into settings . i always forget to do that..yes makes sense.. as i often read feedback seeing they've done it to others (as in this case)
so i just have to wait a few days to open the case

48 hours so you can open a case tomorrow?

alltoomuchrightnow · 17/12/2014 23:12

I know, I know :-( It just doesn't get me the money I was counting on.

Perhaps more would pay up if eBay were tougher i.e. if non payers got neg FB or threat of account closure

Oh I feel for you.. I've had the opposite won items that need to be collected, and the seller hasn't arranged for me to collect, messed me around loads and in the end they just stopped replying to my messages asking for there address so I could collect.

Ebay has become very frustrating Confused
