How long to wait for payment?

My auction finished in the 8th but hasn't been paid for yet. How long should I wait and how do I open an unpaid item case? Thanks.

you can open an unpaid case after 48 hours so you an do it now. Just go to the resolution centre and do it there, or drop down arrow next to the sold item and report a problem.

Thanks patchwork, I messages the buyer yesterday but she didn't respond so I've opened a case now.

good luck.. I currently have three non buyers...it's definitely the time of year for them...I think people are shopping around and changing minds or running out of money. but so am i and can't afford to lose sales... grrrr

Yeah, still no response - really frustrating.

Message them telling them you've cancelled due to non-payment, report them to Ebay and relist. Not much else you can do :/
