Negative feedback

Hi- is there any way of challenging unfair negative feedback? I have tins of excellent feedback and just 2 negative so I am not that fussed- it's the principle!
For example a buyer has just said that item did not arrive and although I gave a refund there was no communication from me. I replied to all her emails and put a note on the refund transaction. Just annoying!

In my experience eBay won't remove feedback such as you have described as they state its the buyers experience and right to leave what ever feedback they want. eBay only tend to get involved if the feedback is offensive or abusive. Very annoying for you.

if it helps, I buy a lot on eBay and when I see feedback like that I tend to just assume the buyer was an arsehole. it doesn't make sense for a seller to have tons of great feedback and then one or two complaining.

Sounds like ebay will remove this feedback, as it didn't atrive due to circumstances outwork your control and you communicated / refunded promptly. PHONE ebay and they should remove it. I've had FB removed in similar circumstances.

Phone them yes.... don't email. Much quicker. I rang them earlier this year and they removed mine quickly, without querying, after reading the messages between me and the non buyer who was very iffy and asking all sorts from me.
