Hi- is there any way of challenging unfair negative feedback? I have tins of excellent feedback and just 2 negative so I am not that fussed- it's the principle!
For example a buyer has just said that item did not arrive and although I gave a refund there was no communication from me. I replied to all her emails and put a note on the refund transaction. Just annoying!
