Item from China still not arrived after 6 weeks

new to ebay, ordered about 5 things. 1st November purchased something without actually realising it was being sent from China.

Hadn't arrived by the start of December so emailed seller who asked me to be patient and it was on its way. Fast forward another 2 weeks item still not here and seller isn't responding to any emails.

Any idea on what to do now?

It was a Christmas present.

It can take that long from china. But if seller isn't responding to emails then open an item not received case.

Will wait it out another week or so then, estimated delivery date was the 6th December.

don't hang around - get the case opened. They still have another 8 days after that - and you can cancel if they do turn up.

I agree open the case now.
