URGENT - Hermes deliveries can take up to 5 extra days

Am currently tracking a package online. There is now an urgent message on the page saying that deliveries will take up to 5 extra days. From Google it appears that their main depot has had a fire.

Thanks for the info (I have about a dozen parcels to send in the next day or so). I will probably use Collect+ until myhermes get sorted.

I have loads of stuff coming from Hermes and was wondering why it was slow.

I have now had an email from them and it looks like they are now reckoning 2 additional days:
