CoP house number incorrect...can I do anything?

I posted an item backin October. Buyer didn't receive it so I refunded.

I've just hunted out the CoP and the house number is wrong on it. I don't know if I wrote it down wrong on the parcel or whether the lady at the PO copied it wrong when she did the CoP.

I've just emailed the buyer asking if they'd be willing to go to the wrong address to see if the item is there but is there anything else I can do?

not now I'm afraid, apart from relying on the buyers good nature. always check these things out BEFORE issuing a refund,

I'd have still had to refund the buyer though.

They've said they called with their neighbour (today) but neighbour hasn't received anything.

Anyone know if I can put a claim in with RM?
