I have a cardigan that I LOVE and wear to death, it unfortunately has a hole in it.
I periodically search ebay for it and came across one last week. I got it yesterday and it has obviously been shrunk as is 1/2 the length as the one I currently have.
will I be able to return it? item is a wool mix and states to wash on a wool cycle and dry flat, I suspect previous owner didn't wash it properly.
